Web form Deployment

Hello! Dear members I m trying to do deploy a webform to already running website; I tried it by copying web form to its virtual Directory (wwwroot) but it gives following error: Error - Internal Server problem. So,what should i do to get rid off it; please help me in this regard; Thanks in advance.
