URGENT--------> Post using C#

Geeks, I need to sort out posting to HTTPS web site using C# taking into consideration without using ASP.NET and there is no IIS installed from the machine we are posting. Is it possible and if then whats command in C# would achive it? Waiting from your help.......................................
