Access *.EXE files Through the Internet

Question

Hello to every body!!! Please Help!!! Can every body give me an Article or tutorial in how to access my .EXE files in my computer using the Internet or the files that compile by C# into executable and can Open as a new menu into internet but in a Windows Application format.
