query regardding the retrieval of form based on "id" from database

Hello sir, I need to develop a form. When the user enters the name of the form or id present in a form that need to be retrieved from the database in one input box and click on the submit button, it should connect to the database where that particular form is stored and that particular form should pop up on the initial form. What code need to be wriiten in the form when the popped up form must be redirected to printer autmatically when it is retrieved from the database. I just wanted to know if there are any trial softwares available or any software need to be purchased to solve this task
