Printing problem with CR.NET

Question

Hi, I have an application that uses CR.NET to generate report from an Oracle DB. My customer base includes some users with Windows NT OS. The installation was a breeze (I used the merge modules et all). When they open the report it opens up just fine. But when users print the report using the print button in the report document, the printout is just a bunch of control chars. The report prints fine from the development PC. If they export it to PDF or XLS they are fine. Just the printing does not work. Would appreciate any help... Thanks Dev.
