Winforms Transparency problem!!!

Question

I have a WinForm with BackColor and TransparencyKey setted to Yellow. Once I Run, I could see the form transparent but as soon as I try to move the form, it looses the transparency reveling the BackColor Yellow. Has somebody had this problem? Is there anything I can do to keep the transparency at all times??? Thanks in advance
