Windows Service

HI ALL
1.How i can install a Windows Service, with out Setup project or Setup wizard?
i want to insert the Service(that i created) to the folder that i need just with ConsoleAplication or WindowsAplication

2. How i can make it play with out my involved, i want that the ConsoleAplication or WindowsAplication will do it....
