windows form style question

Question

I am using VS.net 2003 to develop a simple window form by using C#. I have added a menu in that simple window, as follow: http://destiny.xfiles.to/ubbthreads/files/383648-2.jpg The style is the standard one, but i would like to change to VS.net style, just like the following: http://destiny.xfiles.to/ubbthreads/files/383646-1.jpg how can i change the standard style to VS.net style? thank you.
