It is important that you give bit more information than just say this. You haven't even mentioned if it is a Windows form application or a web application. If it is a windows forms application add the context menu to the form. You will see it in a bottom pane. Add whatever menu options you want to add to this context menu control. You will also have to code the actions to be taken when use selects that menu option. Then on Mouse Click event you will get to know which button is pressed if it is right show the context menu. Simple.
