What is the equivalent to the DataEnvironment in C#?

Question

In VB6 I used the DataEnvironment quite often to store my connection info and reams of SELECT
statements.  It was nice to have one place to go to find all of the SQL including inserts, updates,
and deletes.

In C#, what is the equivalent?  I see references on the net to a DataEnvironment in C# but I can't
find it.  In VB6, it was an add-in.  Maybe I just don't have that add-in available?
