what can we do for data entered at runtime control is save to the database?

Hello, i want to ask if we design control using javascript for runtime .how can we a connect database to it?how can i save the inserted data to database?
in javascript one textboxes generated for multiple time which have same ID.is it possible to save data?this all i want to do in asp.net project.How i can add java script in asp.net page .please help me.
