WebParts - giving params

Question

Hi,

I need to create a page, which will display few different types of objects. I thought about WebParts to create kind of templates. Every webpart would present one fileld describing the object. My problem is that I don't know how I can give object data to webparts from the page. Should I give params through WebPartManager1.Zones[0].Control... or it's bad way to do it? Sorry for my poor English ;P I hope You'll understand what I mean!
