VS 2005 & Excel 2003

Feb 24 2006 10:20 AM
Hi, I'm having problems trying to use methods of the "Microsoft Excel 11 object library" I want to create an Excel sheet. I can create an instance of the Excel application, I can create a workbook and a sheet, but when I try to merge 2 cells, I get the error: System.Runtime.InteropServices.COMException = {"This command is unavailable because the license to use this application has expired." It looks like a prety straightforeward error, but I have already tried to reinstall my office and reactivating it, but that didn't help. The last possibility I can think of is that it has something to do with the fact that the interopservices are no longer supported in VS2005 and you have to use VSTO to create and work with office documents. However I don't believe this is the case. I'm all out of idea's... PLz help me Greetz Carnage
