hello Guys..
I want to develop a software which will control voltage of a device.the device will be connected through the usb port. the software will read the volatage across those device and then controll it.
please help me that how will i do this. Is there any utility , api or classes in .net which can communicate to my device.will JAVA be better for doing this??.
