Not sure if anyone will be able to assist me but thought that I would give it a shot in the dark.
I have a VM that I am currently running that has 2k3r2 installed. I need to check to see if VM has VMWare tools installed or not, using C#. I have already gotten this to work. Now the real problem is that I need to automatically start the install of VMware Tools if it is not installed. So the biggest issue is that I need to execute code outside of the VM. I do not think that this is possible, but thought that I would ask anyways.
