Video Conversion using C#

Question

Hi All,

I am looking to develop an application which convert any format of videos like AVI, mpg to DVD and then author the DVD. I have to do this using c#. Can any one suggest a good API to get this conversion going. I am not able to find any material on this. How do the current tools like SuperDVD etc do this.
