User Login Time and Logoff Time

I am creating a login form for users loging into my application using vb2005 and MS access as database. Users can login succefully and being authenticated. Now I want to add login Time and Logoff time to keep track of the time a particular user login and logoff the application. Could some some help me out on how I can achieve this?
