Use Refrences/Nuget Package offline

Question

I have one confusion

That as we know every time we should add Nuget packages as per our requirement via internet

But if sometime we could not able to connect with internet

So at that time what to do if we want to use Nuget Packages Directly

Or suggest me the way that how to add Packages offline
