Upload my ASP.Net web application into third party server

Hi All,

I am a new user to ASP.Net and i have developed one web application. I want to upload my application into one third party server (i purchased 50 mb web space in net4dominans.com). What are all the files i have copy into the server space and where (whether root folder or somewhere else)??

Pls give ur suggestions...
