Updating Stored Procedure in SQL2000-2005

Question

Hello

My application is currently deployed on 3 locations and Number increases after some time.
I have problem regarding Updating Stored Procedure Dynamically.
For eg. Some changes in my Stored Procedure occured meantime.
Is there any solution to update procedures other then alter procedure statement which has to written on every SQL Query Anal.
