Updating form in real time

Question

Ok I have a little app that I need to do the following. When someone updates the database i need the datagrid to show the updated info in real time. How do i do that?

this is not an option my friend DB related application only pool data what you can do is have the application to rebind all db Data every few seconds depends on the load on the DB this can be achieved by timer.
