update table using soap

Hi! I'm developing an Add-In for MSProject. My AddIn uses data from MSSQL. In first version I did that throug AdoDbConnection in Addin. But now I have to use soap requests to MSProject's server component (AddIn has not to communicate with MSSQL directly) Everything is all right and I get my data throug the soap. But I don't figure how to send the changed rows back to server. I mean the changed data only. Well, I'v got 10 datarows and fill my DataTable with them my in Addin (ReadXml method). Then user changes one row. What method I can call to make a soap request for MSProject's server component? I do not want to send the whole table back. Please, help me.
