trouble obtaining into handle

Question

Hi all
i'm a novice,
i got some problems into obtaining a handle without window/control without name.
i called the windows API named FindWindowEx to reach,
but it needs the name of the window/control,
if i launch an application on windows,
how can i get those information? such as handle? name?
to capture the process? but i also have no idea to obtain the name of the window/control.
help me please...
