Transfer my software to another computer

Question

Hi everybody I am a beginner of doing software in C#. I want to transfer my software to another computer which doesn't install Visual Studio.net. I tried to simply copy the .exe file to the target machine. Obviously it doesn't work. Is there any installer or setup package to install my software to other computers in C#? Any body has any idea please??? Thanks in advance for help!!!

Hi.......... you need to install .Net framework 1.1 or 2.0 then the exe file will work fine.... thats for windos XP 2000 9x but for windos 2003 or later i will work without any installations.... Good luck.......
