Track or ping Nextel mobile phone

Hi, I want to write a desktop application using c#.net which will ping or track a Nextel mobile phone and get the current location of the mobile phone. Can anybody give me any idea how to accomplish this task. It's very urgent. Please help me. Thanks in advance.
