The 'Microsoft.ACE.OLEDB.12.0' provider is not registered

hello friends

i am developing a window application in .net , and i used the data base "" Microsoft access"

its is working perfect with window 32 but when i try to run this program on window 64 , it generate an error

"The 'Microsoft.ACE.OLEDB.12.0' provider is not registered on the local machine."

what should i do so that i can run my application on both the versions.

Please help me..
