TextBox In DataGrid

Question

Hi !! I have a datagrid, the first colum contains fields, ie. col names, from the db and in the second colum i want to have textboxes aginist each field. I dont want EditCommandColumn, b'coz that is not what i need. If anybody can help, pls do. Regards, Saurabh.
