Tab controls and windows forms

Question

Hey I'm a student in C# on my first semester. My question is this: I need some guidenes and some code, on hvow I can create multiple windows forms (windows) with help from a Tab controle. So when I select a new TAb, i get a new windows form. please help me ASAP
