switching Tab Control

Good day for all programming language C# or C++/CLI I've project with MDIForm and form1 form1 Contains 2 tabgages. 1 - if I run project and start up from form1,I can switch between tabs with shortcut key Ctrl+Tab. 2 - if I run project and start up from MDIForm and call form1 from inside MDIForm ,like Load event, "with drived it with 'New' stament" I cannot swithch between tabpages with Ctrl+Tab.Why? and how can i solve it Thank you too much
