Storing & Retriving Image using Oracle in C#.net windows application

Question

Dear Sir
       I am having an  application in c#.Net. In this application I am having a form where storing image is optional.If the user is providing image then it should be stored in the Oracle Database.Similarly if he is not providing image then it will be stored in the database but the image filed will be blank.While the superior will verify when he/she  will select the id at that time if image is availble then it should appear otherwise it won't.So how to do this in c#.net(Windows application) using Oracle 10g.Kindly assist me.Plaese send some sample code.
