Splash Screens Help

Question

Hi I want to make a basic splash screen with a timer in Vb. Net...unfortunately i can not remember how..any help you could offer would be great..basically all i want it to do is display for a certain amount of time and then proceed automatically to the next form :) thanks in advance!
