sound on image regions

Hi everyone i am developing this web application that displays a set of generated images. For some reason I want that a sound can be played only when the user mouse cursor is placed on some parts/regions of the image. I am doing this thing with C# and GDI+. Can someone please give me some advise on what should I do?
