Some error for Control Array when upgrade VB to VB.NET.Do me a favor.

HI,all experts:
When i made my project upgrade VB to VB.NET,there was some error below for Control Array.

Error 37 Reference required to assembly 'AxInterop.Microsoft.Vbe.Interop.FormsLib, Version=11.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null' containing the type 'AxMicrosoft.Vbe.Interop.Forms.AxTextBox'. Add one to your project.


However,it is so unfortunate that i can`t find information of the assembly 'AxInterop.Microsoft.Vbe.Interop.FormsLib'.
