software written in c# for data compression using neural networks

hi everybody, i'm a master student in computer science specialty and my master theme is to develop mathematical models algorithms and software for data compression using MLP(Multi-Layer Perceptron) neural network and Kohonen neural network, so if anyone knows anything about the topic i'll be thankful if he or she'll share it with me, thx in advance.
