Hello all :)

Actually I need help urgently !!

A Medium Software Company which targets Small / Medium business domains -till now , Possibly more in the future - ,
- Specialized in Business /Acc /ERP / Production solutions ...etc .
- needs to work on more than one project in parallel
- ready to use the newest techniques with consideration on its members qualities
- usually a project takes 3-5 months -an idea about size of project ! -

The Question :

What is the basic Software Developers Team that fit this needs ? what positions does this team need ? how many members/Technical-Level ?
