Simple Countdown Timer

Hi guys,

I have googled all day and come up with nothing, can anybody provide me with full code for a countdown timer?

All I want is that when I press a button a timer will start, the time will be displayed in a label and countdown from 30 seconds. Then once it hits 0 it will stop.

Can anybody provide me with that code please?
