Setting background color of datagrid

Hi I want to change the background color of row in the datagrid at run time. The color code is like #003333. How I can I set these color as back ground color thorugh the code

I hvae to change the color for the row based upon the value. What i did is I created a css class and i assigned to it in the data bind event as folows datagrid.Item.CssClass =clsRegion;

One row? Any row? In such case You must create Your overridden DataGridColumnStyle. See here for an example of methods.
