Set timer to each image in carousel

Question

I need to use carousel in my web site.  I have below requirement for carousel implementation.

 

1. Need ability to set interval time for each slide in carousel.

2.  Need to be responsive.

 

Please let me know if I can use bootstrap carousel or any other third party control.
