Sending Newsletter using asp.net

Question

I everyone, i am busy developing as asp.net application using C#.  One of the functionalities that is needed is to make sure that the application sends an email to users, as well as newsletter. 

Can someone help me with the logic for sending a newsletter using asp.net?
