Send Crystal Report application through C#

Question

I am fairly new to programming in C#, so any guidance would be appreciated. I have created a report in crystal reports XI and have created a form in the Visual C# crystal reports application. I would like to convert this report to a pdf or other format before sending it out through email. But I want the report to be refreshed before it is exported.
