Report Viewer At Run Time

Question

Dear All,

i have vb.net application  within the App. i have one report  about the employees information

logo and some Titles.
so how to make these Header title and data within the report   modified and change their postion
At Run time be cause every end user can make his own design.

i have seen one application it has report and there is  a tool  called design mode  like the one in Excel . but i did not find the tool in the property of report viewer in vb.net . so please help .
