Replacing sections in an html file with other text

Hi I am completely new to C#. My first task as an intern here at my company is to write some C# code to parse .html files and then replace some text with other text. eg. I should be able to replace all occurances of A0**** with   where **** are wildcard characters. How do I go about starting ? Thanks.

Read the HTML into a string array using something like System.IO.TextReader.ReadToEnd method. It is possible to replace the occurances of A0**** using theHtmlString.Replace but I suggest you look at System.Text.RegularExpressions.Regex which is built for such a purpose.
