Remove maximizebox, minimizebox, etc in mdiChild

Question

Hello, The standard form contains a maximizebox, minimizebox, etc in the upper right corner of your form. But when using mdi, all the mdiChilds contain also a maximizebox, minimizebox etc. What should I do to remove these buttons ? Thank you!
