Remove load time Custom Shell

Question

Hi,

I got a custom shell that loads fine, but there is always the load time (about 20~30 sec) that Windows it self tooks. I found out its because of the "msgina: ShellReadyEvent". Referred to this topic: http://www.pcreview.co.uk/forums/thread-2697716.php. I puzzled some bit but couldn't quite understand how i can implement this in my C# project.

Does someone know how i can disable the load time and implement this in to my current project?
