regarding video and audio capturing..

hello..
i want to design video conferencing application using C# and .Net. I am really totally blank in this context.
I have already implemented chatting application using C#. Will you please guide me abt how can I capture 
videos and audios using C# and .Net. If you have any reference material please send me or suggest me URLs 
from where I can get this material downloaded.
