Regarding Spliting the Image

Question

                  I have to retrieve the image from the Sql Server(If the image is large then it should autoresize what ever the height and width we applied)  and i have to split the image into frames(Example the FACE:the hairs as one part ,forehead as one part,eyes as one part,nose as one part,mouth as one part and chin as one part).when ever i click on any frame the part has to be highlighted and i want to insert the image in the frames.
