Referenced dll's are not copied to output path

Hi frnz ... In my solution, i have added a dll via add refernce but when i build the solution then that dll is not copied to my output path.. that's why i got the error like assembly not found when i run this solution ... i made the Copy local True of that dll's ... but still it is not copied to output path .. plzz help me... thanks Avi
