Recieving a parameter/variable from one form to the calling form in c#

Question

Help!!!

Iam new to V.Studio and C# and iam looking to find a way of recieving a set of values back from one form to another.  I have looked at all the threads on the subject but as yet have been unable to find the answer.  I have managed to pass data through to my new form, but cannot return the upated values back to the calling form.

Any help/ code snippets would be gratefully recieved.
