Question

I was wondering if anyone has exported to Excel in Windows App, without using the COM object. I'm concerned about the overhead of using a COM object for exporting to Excel, I was just wondering if there is a more efficient and easier way to do it from .NET Windows Application. I have seen the method for exporting a ASP.NET Datagrid to an Excel spreadsheet, but I'm creating an app in a Windows environment. Any help would be appreciated.
