Quiz using vb/asp.net/sql

Question

I have the need to build a quiz with questions pulled from a table in sql2000, and the possible answers pulled from another table displayed as a radio button list or similar.  I found the following article on your website that seemed very close to what I need:  http://www.c-sharpcorner.com/asp/Code/WebQuizMG.asp 

Alas, I'm at the c# level yet.  Anyone seen this in vb?  I'm new the asp.net and would appreciate a tutorial, walk-through, etc. on this topic.
